1. About these terms
wesaudis.com is operated by كنا هنا للتسويق الإلكتروني. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Our content
Texts, photographs, designs and the We Saudis name and look belong to us unless stated otherwise. You may read, link to and share short quotations with a link back to the original page. Any other copying, republishing or commercial use needs our written permission. Material from other sources is used under its own licence, as set out on Data & Sources.
3. Accuracy
We check our facts against official sources, but places, prices, opening hours and rules change. The site is for general information only and is not professional, legal, travel or health advice. Please confirm important details with the official authority or the business before you rely on them. If you spot an error, tell us at hello@wesaudis.com and we will review it.
4. The newsletter
The newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe at any time from the unsubscribe page or the link in each issue. How we handle your email address is explained in our Privacy policy.
5. Links and partners
Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices. Any paid partnership or sponsored content will be clearly labelled. Experiences or bookings offered through partners are provided by those licensed operators under their own terms.
6. Fair use of the site
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it in bulk, or submit other people’s email addresses to the newsletter.
7. Liability
We provide the site “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
8. Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its competent courts. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
Translations into other languages are provided for convenience; if they differ, the English and Arabic texts prevail.
