A developer with a national target
ROSHN Real Estate Company was founded in 2020 and is owned by the Public Investment Fund, with its headquarters in Riyadh. It aims to develop integrated residential communities that offer a modern way of life.
Its work serves a Vision 2030 goal of raising home ownership to 70%. ROSHN's communities span the Riyadh, Makkah, Asir and Eastern provinces.
Four communities
SEDRA in north Riyadh, announced in 2021, includes thirty thousand housing units. In Jeddah, the first phase of ALAROUS launched on 24 May 2022 with more than 2,200 homes. WAREFA, announced on 7 March 2023 in Al-Janadriyah east of the capital, covers about 1.4 million m² with more than 2,000 units for some 13,000 residents.
ALFULWA, launched on 14 March 2023 as the fourth community, lies about 7 km from Al-Hofuf in Al-Ahsa. It spreads over more than 10.8 million m², with over 18,000 homes for more than 100,000 people. Beyond housing, ROSHN has held the naming rights of the Saudi Pro League since a five-year agreement signed on 23 August 2022.
